01 · Overview

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Zigglor collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses personal information when you visit Zigglor, create an account, use the Growth Platform, generate or publish a solution, purchase services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

Zigglor is designed as a business growth and engineering platform. Our services include growth assessments, analytics, AI-assisted solution generation, website and application implementation, hosting, subscriptions, payments, communications, outreach tools and related engineering services.

Important: This policy describes our current platform practices and is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Where a particular service, client agreement or data-processing agreement contains more specific privacy terms, those terms may also apply.
02 · Who we are

Data controller and contact

For personal information that Zigglor collects for operating its own platform, Zigglor acts as the data controller or equivalent responsible entity for determining the purposes and means of processing.

Website: zigglor.com
Privacy and support contact: support@zigglor.com

If you use Zigglor on behalf of a business and that business supplies customer or employee information to you through a Zigglor-powered system, the business may remain the controller of that information while Zigglor acts as a processor or service provider. The allocation of responsibilities depends on the service and the applicable agreement.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular business situation. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated content, validating business assumptions, checking legal or regulatory requirements and approving any production deployment.

Where automated analysis is used for recommendations or scoring, those outputs are intended to support business decisions rather than replace professional, financial, legal, medical or other regulated advice.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Zigglor will use appropriate contractual, technical, organizational or other lawful safeguards, or obtain the required consent or authorization.

08 · Retention

How long we keep information

We retain personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, contract, legitimate business need or dispute-resolution requirements.

These may include HTTPS, secure sessions, access controls, authentication protections, CSRF protections, rate limiting, input validation, logging, backups, restricted administrative access and security monitoring.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

10 · Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, sessions and local storage

Zigglor uses cookies and similar technologies primarily to maintain secure sessions, remember necessary settings, protect forms and provide core platform functionality. Some pages or third-party services may use their own technologies.

Disabling essential cookies may prevent login, checkout or other platform functions from working correctly. Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced, Zigglor will provide appropriate notice and choices where required by law.

11 · Communications

Service messages and marketing

We may send operational messages necessary to provide your account or services, including authentication, payment, security, deployment and support communications. These are not optional marketing messages.

Where we send marketing or outreach communications, we will provide an appropriate unsubscribe or preference mechanism. You may also contact us at support@zigglor.com to request changes to your communication preferences.

Subject to applicable law and any lawful exceptions, you may have rights including the right to be informed, access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to certain processing, request restriction, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise a right, contact support@zigglor.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant account or request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you are in Kenya and believe your data-protection rights have been infringed, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

13 · Children

Children's information

Zigglor is a business platform and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children where collection is prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14 · Third-party services and links

External services

Zigglor may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Google, Paystack, hosting providers, analytics systems, scheduling tools or external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before submitting information directly to a third party.

15 · Changes

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, processing practices, legal obligations or security measures change. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Where a change is materially significant and notice is required, we will provide an appropriate notice through the platform or another suitable channel.
